Big Hole Arts, a partnership between Downtown Driggs Association and Teton Valley Foundation, hopes to centralize information about our colorful corner of Idaho with a year round calendar for local arts and artists, and a summer festival that kicks off with Driggs Plein Air and wraps with the Grand Targhee Bluegrass Festival.
